The Government on Wednesday said there is no specific proposal at present to restructure the Planning Commission. <br/><br/>Replying to questions in the Lok Sabha, the Minister of State for Planning, Mr. V. Narayanasamy said the Planning Commission constantly endeavours to improve its institutional capability in the light of changing demands and circumstances.
