India says it has not received any request from Pakistan for a bilateral meeting on the sidelines Heart of Asia Ministerial Conference in Amritsar. <br/><br/>Pakistan's Prime Minister's Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz will be attending the conference to be held on Saturday and Sunday. <br/><br/>MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said in New Delhi that India has always been open to talks but obviously it cannot be held in an atmosphere of continued terrorism.
