The Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has made it clear that there can be no redrawing of borders in Kashmir. Dr Singh, who is in Washington on a state visit told CNN in an interview that the two countries can work together to ensure that these are borders of peace. He also added that people-to-people contacts should grow in a manner in which people do not even worry whether they are located on this side of the border or that side. Accusing Pakistan of not doing enough to bring to book the perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Prime Minister said, India does not know whom to deal with in Islamabad as the army is the most powerful force in the neighbouring country. He said, Hafeez Saeed involved in perpetrating massacre in Mumbai is roaming around freely.
