The Congress has said matter related to Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in solar scam should be treated as settled after High Court suspended Vigilance court's order to register FIR against him. <br/><br/>Party spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala said there is no question of the resignation of Mr Chandy. Mr Surjewala said, the party has full faith in judiciary and will abide by it. <br/><br/>When asked why the party has double standards on corruption, the spokesperson said, Congress believes that there is no case against Mr Chandy. Criticizing the BJP for its demand for Chandy's resignation, Mr Surjewala said despite the charges against many of its leaders none of them stepped down.
