<span style="color: #222222;">Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said, there is no question of National Register for citizens (NRC) in Bihar. Participating in a discussion in the Assembly, he said the NRC was in discussion only in the context of Assam. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said PM Narendra Modi has also clarified on it. Mr. Kumar said implementation of NRC in country is not possible. The Chief Minister added that the caste based census was never done after 1930.</span><br />
