Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh today ruled out an investigation by Air India into the alleged charges of corruption against former Civil Aviation Minister Prafful Patel.

He told reporters in New Delhi that he would like the media to convey the Canadian Authority factual position in the case in order to avoid any embarrassment to the government and his ministry.

Mr. Ajit Singh was responding to the questions about a report carried by a Canadian Daily in this regard.
