Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said there is no political vendetta against the Congress in National Herald case. <br/><br/>Mr Naqvi told reporters outside Parliament that Congress should not obstruct the proceedings of the two Houses without any reason. He said, the government is ready for discussion on any issue raised by the opposition.
