Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said there is no place for hooliganism in any democracy.<br/><br/>His comments came on the backdrop of Shiv Sena workers cornered BCCI President Shashank Manohar in Mumbai protesting against India-Pakistan cricket series.<br/><br/>Talking to media in Delhi, Mr Naqvi said violence will never be accepted even if protesting is a right.<br/>
