Ranchi district administration has issued instructions to all petrol pumps not to sell petrol to those two- wheelers whose owners are not wearing helmets.The decision has been taken to check cases of death in road accidents.The petrol pump owners have also been asked to install CCTV cameras to identify criminals and law breakers.
