Chief Executive Officer of Prasar Bharti Jawahar Sircar today said that no organization can survive without inducing fresh talent. Inaugurating a two day Orientation Programme for New Programme and Engineering Officers of DD and AIR in Bhopal, he said that the policy structure of the Prasar Bharti needs to be changed to cater to youngsters as they consist a major part of the population of our country. <br/><br/>He said that Prasar Bharti needs professional autonomy and flexibility. Terming All India Radio as one of the oldest public broadcaster in the world, Mr. Sircar said that Vivid Bharti played an important role in emotional unity of the country while DD and AIR acted as a catalyst in agriculture revolution.
