The Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that India seeks to normalise relationship with Pakistan but Pakistan should give up the use of terror as an instrument of state policy. Speaking to the media in Pittburgh at the end of his two day visit he said India had supplied enough evidence and material on the Mumbai attacks. He hoped that Pakistan would carry out the investigation and bring the culprits to book. He said though the tragedy occurred in India the conspiracy took place in Pakistan. He said if Pakistan takes action on the perpetrators India will be willing to go that extra mile to work together. <br/>
