Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has once again appealed to all those persons who have come back from other states to return to their places of work or study. Talking to newsmen in Guwahati, he said there is no need to panick as all the states have given assurance to provide security to the people of Assam who are residing in other states. He said Assam government is in constant touch with other states. Curfew has been relaxed in Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa, Dhubri district and Rangia revenue circle from 8 to 14 hours.
