Britain has ruled out third party intervention in resolving the Kashmir issue, saying it should be best left to India and Pakistan to work closely at the highest level and sort out their differences.<br/><br/>Talking to reporters in London, he said that events in Mumbai were very difficult indeed, adding that there must be dialogue between the two countries. To a question on possibility of his meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the sidelines of the CHOGM in Port of Spain, Mr Brown said, he looks forward to discussing the issue of climate change.<br/><br/>Describing Dr Singh as a very good personal friend, Brown said, the visit of the Indian leader to Washington has been very successful. British Premier also commended Dr Singh for some of the successes of the Indian economy over the last few years and the policies that created a number of jobs and greater prosperity India has enjoyed. He said, the issue of climate change would be at the top of the agenda at the CHOGM.<br/><br/>Another issue on the agenda is how to curb infant mortality by providing access to health services to children and mothers in developing countries.<br/><br/>Climate change will dominate the agenda when the commonwealth heads of government meeting CHOGM begins on November 27 in the Trinidad capital Port of Spain.<br/><br/>The Carribbean community forum comprising 32 islands in the region is expecting support of major commonwealth countries like India, Australia and Britain to support them on the issue. The small island group is trying to put its own concerns at the UN Summit on climate change in Copenhagen early December.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent Manikant Thakur covering the event, in Port of Spain reports that as a rare gesture French President Nicolas Sarkozy will also attend CHOGAM alongwith UN Secretary General Bani Ki Moon as special invitee. The US President Barak Obama has expressed his inability to attend the event due to his pressing needs home.<br/>
