<br/>The French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said that France will send no more troops to Afghanistan. He, however, said French troops will stay in Afghanistan. About 2, 900 French soldiers are currently stationed in Afghanistan under the NATO. Thirty-six French soldiers have so far been killed in the war-torn country.
