External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today said no meeting is scheduled between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistan counterpart Nawaz Sharif in Astana, during the forthcoming Sanghai Cooperation Organisation summit. <br/><br/>Responding to a media query, Mrs Swaraj said no such meeting has been planned from either side. She reiterated that India has been willing to resolve all issues with Pakistan through dialogue, without any third party mediation and in an atmosphere free of terror. <br/><br/>She said talks and terror cannot go hand in hand. In reply to another question, she said Pakistan is just like any other country and India does not spend so much time, and energy on it. <br/><br/>On Pak policy, she said there is no flip flop and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi took an out-of-the-box initiative to fly down to Lahore but this goodwill gesture did not yield any results.<br/><br/>On Kashmir issue, Mrs Swaraj said Pakistan can not take this issue to the International Court of Justice as Shimla Agreement and Lahore Declaration are already in place to resolve the issue bilaterally.
