Pakistan has assured India that trial against the accused in Mumbai terror attack will begin shortly and it will take steps to see that justice is done. The Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi conveyed Pakistan's seriousness in bringing to book those responsible for the 26/11 attacks during his talks with the External Affairs Minister Mr S.M Krishna in New York last night.<br/> Later, Mr Krishna said at a press meet that India will be carefully monitoring the developments in this regard. He reiterated that there can be no meaningful dialogue unless Pakistan takes effective steps against those behind the Mumbai attack.<br/> He told Qureshi that India remains concerned about the threat that extremist groups and individuals in Pakistan continue to pose. The issue dominated the talks the two leaders had on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
