Secretary in the department of Economic Affairs Arvind Mayaram says the US government's shut down will not have any major impact on the Indian economy.Talking to newspersons in New Delhi he said India is certainly hopeful that the shut down is not going to very seriously impact the larger US economy or have a spill over effect on the global economy.We are certainly hopeful that the shut down is not going to very seriously impact US economy. We hope it will be resolved soon. As of today I don't see any major impact on Indian economy on that account.
