<span style="color: #222222;">Centre has dismissed media reports that legal action will be taken by the states including &nbsp;imprisonment of CEO and &nbsp;factory getting sealed in case a COVID-19 patient is found in the factory. In a letter to state Chief Secretaries, &nbsp;Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla &nbsp;said, apprehensions were raised by some companies and &nbsp;media based on wrong interpretation of lockdown guidelines. He said, no lockdown clause mandates legal action including imprisonment of CEO in case a COVID-19 positive employee is found in the factory. Mr. Bhalla also said, there is &nbsp;no clause in lockdown guidelines about sealing of factory in case of an employee testing positive for COVID-19.</span><br />
