Senior Congress leader Capt. Amrinder Singh has said there is no leadership crisis in Punjab following the resignation of state party chief Pratap Singh Bajwa and Legislative Party leader Sunil Jakhar from their posts. Replying to a media query outside Parliament today, Capt. Singh said the Congress is united in Punjab and it will win the next assembly polls. He said he is not aware why Mr. Bajwa and Mr. Jakhar resigned saying they must have discussed it with the central leadership. Capt. Singh has been critical of Mr.Bajwa and had demanded his removal earlier also. He alleged that Akali Dal government has ruined the state's social and financial status.
