It is an organisation of the relatives of the people who allegedly are victims of 'enforced disappearances' in Bangladesh. Sanjida is the sister of an Sajedul Islam Sumon, a leader of the opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) who has remained traceless since 2013.
''
'' The US Ambassador had to cut short his visit and hastily leave the house of Sanjida when some people belonging to another organisation 'Mayer Kanna' accosted him at that location. This organisation claims to represent the victims of the earlier regime headed by BNP leader Ziaur Rahman.
