There is no improvement in flood situation in some eastern UP districts. Ghaghra, Saryu, Sharda and Ganga are still in spate. The river Ganga and Ghaghra has crossed the danger mark in Ballia. Atleast five people have died in the state in the incidents of house collapse and drowning in past 24 hours.
