There will be no five-year plan from next year. It will be replaced by a 15 years vision, seven year strategy and three year action plan. <br/><br/>Talking to AIR, Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog Dr Arvind Panagariya said, the planning body has already started interaction to prepare blueprint in this regard. <br/><br/>He said, the Aayog has already completed deliberation with economists, scientists and experts on Agriculture. Dr Panagariya said, state governments and central ministries have been requested to contribute their views on the matter. He said, the vision document would also cover defence and internal security matters.
