DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has said that no final decision on the spectrum issue can be taken as the case is pending before the Supreme Court. In a statement issued in Chennai on Monday evening, he questioned the opposition parties for demanding a JPC probe into the issue. Mr Karunanidhi said Does the demand for JPC Probe imply that the opposition has no faith in the Public Accounts Committee headed by the Opposition leader. Stating that Public Accounts committee is more powerful than the JPC, the DMK President said PAC would go through the CAG report to be tabled in Parliament and there could be a detailed discussion on the PAC report.
