Congress President Sonia Gandhi today sought to lift the party workers morale after the electoral debacle in the assembly polls and asserted that no failure is permanent. <br/><br/>Addressing party workers at a programme in New Delhi to commemorate the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, Ms. Gandhi stressed the need for promoting and strengthening social harmony in the country. <br/><br/>Lauding the late Prime Minister for his contributions in giving the youths the right to franchise, devolution of powers to Panchayats and bringing in a revolution in telecom and communication, Ms. Gandhi said, he ensured participation of the young people and the deprived sections.
