External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today again made it clear that there is no evidence on the whereabouts of the 39 missing Indians in Iraq since 2014.<br/><br/>Making a statement during the zero hour in the Rajya Sabha, she said the government will continue to pursue the search operations and wanted the approval of the House in this regard. Mrs Swaraj said the Government is making all out efforts in finding the missing Indians in Iraq adding that her colleague Gen. VK Singh had been to Iraq and Saudi Arabia to make enquiries to trace them out.<br/><br/>She said Pratap Singh Bajwa of the Congress has misquoted her statements. To a question by Mr. Bajwa, the External Affairs Minister said that the Iraqi President during his recent visit to India made it clear that his government has no information after the Indians were taken away from Mosul to Badrus prison by ISIS. <br/><br/>Accusing Bajwa of politicizing the issue the Minister said the NDA government's credibility cannot be doubted in bringing home the Indian nationals in distress in foreign lands. The Minister asked the members of the House to have patience till the truth comes out.
