No differences on Maharashtra Chief Ministership says Adik

National Congress Party today made it clear that there is no difference of opinion on the Chief Ministership of Maharashtra. Party General Secretary Govind Rao Adik told our correspondent that the present arrangement will continue. He exuded confidence that the Congress NCP will get absolute majority in the Maharashtra assembly and hinted that the party is in touch with its rebel candidates to come back in the party fold. Meanwhile, with initial trends showing that the Congress-NCP combine is surging ahead in Maharashtra assembly elections, BJP – Shivsena combine virtually conceded defeat in the assembly elections. Senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde said that the party will analyse the results. Shiv Sena leader and former Lok Sabha Speaker Manohar Joshi said if it is a defeat, it has to be accepted by everybody. He said the party never expected these results.<br/>
