No positive case of COVID-19 reported in the last six days in A&N Islands. Out of total 33 positive cases, 17 patients have recovered.<br />'' <br />'' The islands have been categorised into containment and non-containment zones. No positive case reported in North & Middle Andaman and Nicobar districts and they are now categorized as green zones.  <br />'' <br />'' All the positive cases are confined within South Andaman District and four containment zones created. After analyzing the situation the containment zones 1 and 2 have been scale downed.<br />'' <br />'' On Friday, seven infected persons who recovered after having treatment at G. B. Pant Hospital Port Blair along with 20 other suspected persons of corona sent for their home in North and Middle Andaman District.<br />'' <br />'' The seven persons have been quarantined in a guest house in Betapur and other 20 goes for home quarantine.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, the administration is committed to extending  all possible relief to the islanders in accordance of guidelines issued by MHA. Earlier special permits issued to fishermen and now the validity of their expired fishing licences up to 31st March have been extended to 30th June.<br />'' <br />'' Along with this the validity of licences issued to construction contractors are also extended. Fishing and MNREGA activities in Swaraj, Shahid, Rutland and Little Andaman located in South Andaman District have also started.<br />'' <br />'' Construction of Roads in North and Middle Andaman district by NHIDCL have also taken up. Shipping directorate invites details of stranded persons to deport them to their respective places in and outside the islands.<br />'' <br />'' A one time ,one-sided sailing will also be arranged for those passengers from Port Blair to Chennai and Chennai to Port Blair.<br />
