The Government said that Russia has not attached any conditionalities and strings for nuclear fuel supply to atomic power plants in India.<br/><br/>Replying to the clarifications on his statement on the Prime Minister’s recent visit to Russia in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, the External Affairs Minister Mr S.M Krishna said, both the countries have also agreed to explore and develop Uranium deposits.<br/><br/>The Minister also said that the negotiations on the price of aircraft carrier Admiral Gorshkov are in the final stages and once it is settled the deal will become operational.<br/><br/>In his suo moto statements in Parliament, Mr. Krishna hoped that the momentum imparted to the Strategic Partnership between India and Russia during Prime Minister visit will be sustained when the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visit India next year.
