The Government says, there is no change of position on the India-China Line of Actual Control. Talking to newspersons on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi today, the Defence Minister, Mr. A.K.Antony said that there is a difference of perception on both the sides. On increased infiltration on LoC in Jammu and Kashmir, the Defence Minister said that violence has substantially come down in the State compared to last year.<br/><br/> <br/>Earlier, addressing a defence conference, Mr. Antony said that India needs a strong defence industrial base and the government is going step by step to achieve this goal. He said that at present the defence acquisition is dependent on foreign suppliers upto 70 per cent.
