Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor has promised due action under the Army Act against four generals allegedly involved in the Darjeeling land scam. He, however, made it clear that dispensing of justice will not be swayed by external considerations.<br/> <br/>Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, he maintained that the defence forces are the only organisation that takes expeditious and judicious action once any irregularities are found. <br/> <br/>The Army Chief said that no area of the border has shrunk and there is no change in the Line of Actual Control and border with China. <br/> <br/>The Army Chief said, there has been increase in the infiltration bids from across the border and Line of Control in the last year. <br/>
