In Nepal, the caretaker Government of Madhav Kumar Nepal could not table the Budget in Parliament for the current financial year as the Opposition Unified CPN (Maoist) members obstructed proceedings.Maoist law makers trouped into the well of the House and raised slogans soon after the Speaker asked the Finance Minister Surendra Pandey to table the Budget. AIR correspondent reports that Maoist members prevented the Finance Minister from presenting the Budget.
