No breach in security of Rahul Gandhi: MHA

<span style="color: #222222;">There was no breach in security of Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Amethi on Wednesday, Home Ministry Thursday said. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It said, as soon as it's attention was drawn to reports of an alleged breach in security of, the Director, SPG  was asked to verify the factual position. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The SPG has informed that they have gone through the Video Clipping of the incident very closely and the green light shown in the clipping was found to be that of a mobile phone used by the Congress Party photographer, who was videographing the impromptu press interaction of Mr Gandhi near the collectorate.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> The media reports had said that there was a green light being pointed at Mr Gandhi in Amethi.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">SPG Director has also informed MHA that this position has been conveyed to the personal staff of Rahul Gandhi. </span><br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Director, SPG has confirmed that there was no security implication whatsoever.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, Congress has denied writing any letter to the Home Ministry over on the issue. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, media reports had surfaced saying Congress has expressed concern over the breach in the security of the Party President and possible endangerment of his life. </span><br />''
