No bomb found in truck on New York bridge

In US, no bomb was found today in an abandoned truck on a New York City bridge. The abondoned truck on Robert F Kennedy Bridge created a fresh panic among the people and forced authorities to shut down and send bomb squad investigators to the site. New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne said the bridge was shut down after a worker on the bridge found a rental truck with Arizona license plates abandoned and smelling of gas. Browne said the police bomb squad X-rayed the vehicle and found it was empty.
The closure came days after a failed bomb attack on New York's Times Square that has heightened security concerns in America's most populous city.
