Director General of J&K Police, Sh. Kuldeep Khoda has said that infamous terrorist outfit Al-Qaeda has no presence in J&K State and the rumours of Al-Qaeda presence in the Kashmir valley are totally baseless and fabricated. Talking to Media persons in Jammu, the DGP said that Police have not yet come across any clue that indicates the presence of Al-Qaeda in Kashmir.<br/>
