Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressd unhappiness over an advertisement published in several newspapers showing him holding hands with his Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi. Mr Kumar threatened to initiate legal proceedings against those responsible for issuing the advertisement which coincided with the beginning of BJP’s two-day National Executive meeting in Patna yesterday.<br/> <br/>Talking to reporters at a lunch hosted by him, the Bihar Chief Minister said, the state government will return the amount given by the Gujarat government as relief for flood victims of Kosi. Mr Nitish Kumar, however, said that the ties with the BJP will remain intact.<br/> <br/>The Bihar Chief Minister also cancelled the dinner he had organised for the delegates of BJP National Executive including Mr Narendra Modi, Party President Nitin Gadkari and senior leader L K Advani.
