Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced an ex-gratia payment of one lakh fifty thousand rupees to the next of the kin of the deceased of who died in boat capsize in Kosi river on Wednesday night. <br/><br/>Eight people were drowned when a boat capsized in the KOSI river. The incident occurred at Rajanpur near Mehsi in Saharsa district last night. <br/><br/>The country boat carrying over one dozen persons capsized in midstream of Kosi when there were heavy rains. District authorities have launched search operation to locate missing bodies.
