Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar has written an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi objecting to PM's DNA remark during a rally in Bihar and urged him to take back his words.<br/><br/>Nitish writes in the letter that not just people of Bihar, but even those living outside the state have felt insulted by the choice of your words.<br/><br/>Nitish said he is writing the letter on behalf of all those who have felt offended with Mr. Modi's remarks. The Bihar CM ended his letter with a request to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take back his words.
