Nitish Kumar has taken oath as Chief Minister of Bihar for the second time in a row. AIR correspondent reports that 29 ministers including Deputy Chief Minster Sushil Kumar Modi and P. K. Sahi, who resigned as Advocate General also took oath on Friday. Governor Devanand Konwar administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.
