Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday demanded special status category for his state and supported full statehood for Delhi. Speaking at a function in New Delhi, Mr Kumar said, the Prime Minister announced the package for Bihar but has not given any date, when the money will be given. He said, his state has registered double digit growth despite all odds and it is unfair to call it BIMARU state. Mr Kumar said, his party JD(U) fully backed AAP's demand for full statehood to Delhi.

Speaking on the occasion, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal asked the migrant population from the state to ensure the victory of Nitish Kumar's party in the assembly elections.
