Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday demanded special status category for his state and full statehood for Delhi. Speaking at a function in New Delhi, Mr Kumar said, the Prime Minister announced the package for Bihar but has not given any date, when the money will be given. He said, his state has registered double digit growth despite all odds and it is unfair to call it BIMARU state.<br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal thanked the people of Bihar for their participation in the development of national capital.<br/><br/><br/>
