Bihar Chief Minsiter Nitish Kumar demanded the immediate publication of data of Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC). Addressing an international conference on Friday at Patna organized by Asian Development Research Institute Mr. Kumar said that caste related data must be made public. He said it will bring clarity about different claims on number of Other Backward Caste (OBC).<br/><br/>The Chief Minister insisted on adopting multidimensional index for the measurement of the poverty. Mr. Kumar said present parameter based on Calorie intake and income based calculation is not a holistic approach.
