Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of harbouring contempt for those seeking their rights from the Centre. Taking on Mr. Modi in Patna Mr. Kumar said the way the prime minister announced the package made it look like that an auction of Bihar was being held. He reiterated that he would continue to request the centre to give special status to Bihar but it has not been given yet. <br/><br/>Mr.Kumar said, once the special status is given to Bihar, the state will get concession in Central Taxes and there will be investment in the state and youth will get employment opportunities. Reacting on the package, Mr. Kumar tweeted on the micro-blog site that the special assistance is right of Bihar not a favor.
