BJP says it has authorised party chief Nitin Gadkari to take a final decision on the leadership issue in Karnataka. This was revealed by leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Mrs Sushma Swaraj.Talking to reporters outside Parliament on Monday, she said the issue has been discussed by the party top brass in detail. The BJP high command held three rounds of talks so far amidst growing pressure on the Karnataka chief minister B S Yeddyurappa to quit.However, Mr Yeddyurappa has struck a defiant note saying he has the support of 120 MLAs.The party has on Sunday summoned the chief minister to Delhi. However, he is expected to reach Delhi later in the day.AIR correspondent quoting party sources reports that the central leadership has already made up its mind to replace Mr Yeddyurappa and search for his successor is on.
