Nitin Gadkari to lay foundation stones of three road projects in Haryana today

Union Minister of Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari will today lay foundation stones of three road projects in Haryana in the presence of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. The projects involve construction cost of Rs 3412 crore. <br/><br/>Giving the information, a government spokesman said that Mr Gadkari will lay the foundation stones of Amabla -Kaithal highway and Yamunanagr -Barwala highway at Saha this morning. The Ambala-Kaithal highway will be constructed at a coast of over Rs 916 crore. <br/><br/>It will have four bypasses, three railway over bridges, four major bridges, 26 small bridges, six vehicular underpasses and four flyovers. The Yamunanagr- Barwala highway would be constructed at the cost of over Rs 904 crore. It will have four bypasses, one railway overbridge, 10 major bridges, 30 small bridges, three vehicular underpasses, four cattle underpasses and four flyovers. <br/><br/>In the afternoon, the Union Minister will lay the foundation stone of four-lane Hisar-Dabwali road. Hisar-Dabwali highway will have two bypasses, one railway overbridge, one vehicular underpass and nine flyovers.The project is estimated to be constructed at a cost of Rs 1,591 crore and is expected to be completed within two and half years.
