<span style="color: #222222;">Union Road, Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation stone of Bharat Mala Green Field Six-Lane Ring Road project at village Kutail in Karnal district of Haryana on Tuesday. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala were also present on this occasion.<br />''<br />''Addressing the gathering Mr Gadkari said, the total length of this project is 35 km starting from Shamgarh to Badhota village and it will cost about 1,690 crore rupees. He said that it will not only ease congestion in the city but also reduce the fuel cost of vehicles. The Union Minister said that what Prime Minister Narendra Modi government did in 9 years Congress could not do in 60 years. He said that good governance and development is our resolution. He said that the Modi government at Centre and Manohar Lal government in Haryana are working with the spirit of Antyodaya. The development works are being done in every field.<br />''<br />''Mr Gadkari said, the farmer of the country is a food giver now there is need to make him a power giver. In Panipat Indian oil has set up plants to produce bioethanol and bio bitumen from crop waste. He said in future in place of bitumen bio aviation fuel will be produced. He said that farmer's poverty will not end with wheat, sugar cane or rice production but he has to be powergiver. He calls farmers to come forward and participate in the production of biofuels. He said if farmers produce bio ethanol or CNG, the 16 lakh crores spent on import could be saved. Out of the 16 lakh crores 10 lakh crores will go in the farmers pockets.&nbsp;</span><br />
