<span style="color: #222222;">Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari today inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for 16 National Highways projects in Andhra Pradesh. <br />''<br />''The total length of the road is one thousand 411 kilometre. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Gadkari said that the length of National Highways in Andhra Pradesh before May 2014 was four thousand 193 Kilometre, which has now increased to six thousand 860 Kilometre.<br />''<br />'' He said, there has been increase of 64 per cent in National Highway length during past 6 years. <br />''<br />''The Minister informed that five thousand Kilometre of National Highways are being developed as a part of Bharatmala Pariyojana in the State. In addition, 400 Kilometre of port connectivity roads will also be developed under Bharatmala Pariyojana.</span><br />
