Shipping Minister Nitin Gadkari today flagged off a consignment of steel by coastal shipping from Vishakhapatnam to Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Kochi. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Mr Gadkari said, coastal shipping is a new area of transport which will contribute to country's GDP growth. He urged manufacturers to opt for coastal shipping mode to reduce price and cost of transportation of goods.
