Speaking at the valedictory session of India International  Science Festival -IISF 18 in Lucknow today, he said, Science and Technology are the keys to sustainable development . <br />''<br />''The Road transport, shipping and waterways Minister said, poverty can be eradicated with the large scale use of Science and Technology. <br />''<br />''He said, migration of rural people to cities can be stopped, if Science and Technology are widely used in agriculture.<br />''Minister of  Science and Technology Dr Harsh Vardhan said that the Lucknow Science Festival is the biggest in the World. <br />''<br />''He said, 20 thousand delegates, scientists, entrepreneurs, science teachers and students attended the festival. The festival was inaugurated by President Ram Nath Kovind on Saturday.<br />''<br />''<br />
