Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now chairing the second meeting of the Governing Council of the NITI Aayog in New Delhi. The meeting is being attended by chief ministers of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh among others.<br/><br/>The Prime minister will also chair a meeting of chief ministers of north eastern states later in the evening.<br/><br/>Important development projects related to these states and the entire north eastern region, are likely to figure in this meeting.
