Mrs. Nita Kapoor, is the new Secretary (Defence Finance). She is the first woman officer ever from north-east to take over this post. An IDAS officer of 1973 batch, Mrs. Kapoor was Controller General of Defence Accounts before taking over her new assignment. <br/>
